Online Appointment Scheduling. We offer online appointment scheduling through Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation. If you book an appointment, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details) is collected and processed by Microsoft on our behalf and is subject to Microsoft's own privacy practices in addition to this Privacy Policy. We use that information to schedule, confirm, conduct, and communicate with you about your appointment. Scheduling an appointment does not create an attorney-client relationship, and you should not include confidential details about your legal matter when booking. The rights described in this Privacy Policy apply equally to personal information collected through appointment scheduling.

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC. We use AudioEye, an accessibility service provided by AudioEye, Inc., which loads a script on our pages to improve accessibility of the Website. Some pages embed interactive tools hosted on other domains — including patent data dashboards served from patentdata.goodhue.com and interactive AI tools hosted on third-party cloud platforms — which are loaded in frames from those services when you visit the relevant page. Text you enter into an embedded tool is processed by its hosting and AI providers as described in the AI & Interactive Tools Terms. Our Case Briefs pages embed video content hosted on YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com), a service of Google LLC, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; Google may set cookies or use local storage when a video loads or is played. These providers act as service providers to us and their processing is subject to their own privacy practices in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Links to Other Sites. This website contains links to other sites. When you enter these other sites using links from this website, you are entering sites for which we have no responsibility. We do not control these other sites and cannot guarantee their practices regarding data privacy and security.
